About this project
This project involved full ground clearance followed by the construction of a 25m² single-storey rear extension, completed under challenging limited access conditions.
A major structural alteration was carried out, removing the entire rear wall of the property and installing steel beams and columns on pad foundations to create a wide, open space.
The extension features a vaulted ceiling with rooflights and a traditional tiled lean-to roof, bringing in plenty of natural light. Internally, this enabled the creation of a spacious new kitchen and a separate utility room.
Externally, the project included a new patio area with retaining walls and steps, completing the space. Final finishes included kitchen installation, timber flooring, and tiling, delivering a high-quality, functional result.

Testimonial
“I can’t speak highly enough of Ben and the team throughout their time doing our extension. Excellent communication, polite, tidy and great workmanship. Nothing was ever too much for them. We were delighted with the extension, and it has made such a difference to how we live as a family of 5. I would have no hesitation in recommending Ben and the team for any job.”
