Complete start-to-finish build with landscaping and bespoke features

This project involved the full demolition of an existing rear extension, followed by the construction of a spacious 70m² single-storey extension with a vaulted ceiling. Due to a large sewer running beneath the site, specialist piled foundations and ring beams were installed to support the new structure.

The build included a block-and-beam floor system and extensive internal alterations, creating a large open-plan kitchen, dining, and living space, along with a separate utility room, pantry, and additional storage.

Designed to maximise natural light and garden views, the extension features two large sets of bi-fold doors and striking gable glazing.

Delivered as a complete start-to-finish project, our work covered everything from groundworks and structural build through to roofing, kitchen installation, bespoke joinery, tiling, and decorating. The project was completed with extensive landscaping, including new walls, steps, paving, a pond installation, and turfing, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor living space.
